I'm glad Inter won, I like Mouriho he used to coach the team that I like and he won a champions league with them too, F.C. Porto, and its really hard to win a champions league with a Portuguese team, which means Mouriho is a really good coach

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

Yeah it wasn't a bad game, not a great one though. Defensively Bayern were pretty poor and Inter had plenty of opportunities to widen the lead.
Milito's goals were both great finishes, but the first one was a big defensive lapse.

It's ironic you mention that. I've heard a few people say Inter play boring football and whatnot. So what? how can anyone downgrade a team which has won the Champions League? You can't say they had an easy route either.

How do you feel now, since you said no Italian teams would make the semis, let alone telling me Serie A is crap

BTW; The Jose Mourinho era is over in Milan. after winning the CL he's decided to move to Real Madrid under a 4 year contract. This is exactly what Real Madrid needs.

In my defence, Serie A is still a poor league. It's just that Inter Milan are a good team with one of the top managers in the game right now. No other Italian team made it past the last 16 in both the Champion's and Europa League.

But yeah I concede that I underestimated Inter :P Well underestimated the impact of Mourinho as I remember saying that Inter had some great players, but just weren't a good team.

Mourinho will be brilliant at Reak Madrid. The battle between him and Barcelona will make for an awesome season in Spain.
